CueCloud is operated by CueCard Labs, Inc. These terms govern your use of cuecloud.io and its public information and inquiry forms. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Paid services, hosted inference, evaluations, and on-prem deployments are governed by the applicable order, service agreement, and related terms provided for that offering. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

Vault combines local inference hardware and software. Blitz brings agent workflows, CueCode IDE, an execution harness, and governance into a customer environment. Shared compute provides hosted inference for selected open-weight models.

Product pages explain the offerings. Your agreed configuration, model availability, integrations, delivery scope, support, and operating limits are established during onboarding or in your agreement.

Submitting an inquiry, booking a meeting, or creating a console account does not by itself enable inference access or reserve capacity. We confirm access and onboarding separately.

Provide accurate business information and submit requests only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.

The applicable rates, billing units, payment terms, and service limits are those confirmed for your account or order. Website estimates and comparisons are informational and are not a purchase or a service commitment.

Model benchmarks and pricing comparisons depend on the model version, provider, workload, and measurement conditions identified with them. They do not guarantee performance or savings for every workload.

• Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt service for others.
• Do not use forms to impersonate someone, submit fraudulent requests, or send unsolicited bulk content.
• Do not upload information you lack permission to share, including confidential customer material or restricted data.
• Respect applicable law and the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Evaluate models and review outputs before relying on them in engineering, research, or other work. Website examples do not establish suitability for a particular application.

Your customer agreement and deployment scope determine the controls and responsibilities for a service. Public descriptions do not grant authorization to process a particular customer’s restricted information.

Website content and CueCloud branding belong to CueCard Labs, Inc. or their respective licensors. These terms do not grant rights to use our trademarks or imply our endorsement.

CueCode and other open-source components are governed by their published licenses. Model weights and third-party software may have separate licenses and use conditions. Those licenses govern the relevant materials.

We link to model publishers, repositories, the console, scheduling tools, and other services. Their applicable terms govern your use of those services. A link does not make their content or availability a CueCloud commitment.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its public information are provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current in every respect.

This provision concerns the public website. Warranties and service commitments in a customer agreement are governed by that agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueCard Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the public website. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the public website will not exceed US$100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for a customer service is addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

We may update these website terms. The revision date above identifies the current version. Changes to a customer agreement are handled according to that agreement.
