Who we are and what this covers
CueCloud is operated by CueCard Labs, Inc. This notice covers information collected through cuecloud.io, requests for access, sales inquiries, and conversations about a deployment.
Hosted inference and customer-operated systems have different data flows. This website notice does not replace the privacy notices, data-processing terms, or agreements provided for a customer service.
Information you provide
When you request access, we collect your work email, company name, company website, engineering team size, and product interest. We use the submitted domain and website to help validate the request.
When you contact us or book a meeting, we receive the contact information and details you provide. Please keep initial inquiries to business requirements. Do not submit credentials, patient records, controlled technical data, or other restricted material through public forms.
Technical information and storage
Website infrastructure may record request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and errors to deliver the site and investigate abuse or failures.
The site stores your theme preference in your browser. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Opening the embedded booking experience connects your browser to app.cuegrowth.ai, which may use its own browser storage and receive connection information.
How we use information

Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, network delivery, lead storage, scheduling, and business communications. Access requests may be stored in Supabase and server-side records, and sent to configured follow-up systems. Booking is provided through CueGrowth.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the security and rights of CueCard Labs, Inc., customers, and others.
Website, hosted service, and on-prem systems
Shared compute processes inference requests on hosted infrastructure. Before sending a workload, review the terms and data-handling details supplied for your enabled service, including logging, retention, access, and model-provider involvement.
Vault and Blitz can operate within your organization’s environment. Your deployment agreement defines the operating boundary, integrations, support access, and any information exchanged with us. Local inference does not mean that a public website inquiry or a support message remains on your infrastructure.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the record and its purpose, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining a business relationship, operating the site, and meeting applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record.
No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive deployment information until an appropriate channel and handling arrangement have been agreed.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact support@cuecloud.io to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry. You may also ask us to stop nonessential follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, additional rights may include receiving a copy of your information, objecting to or restricting certain processing, withdrawing consent, or complaining to a privacy authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
External services and links
The console, booking service, source repositories, and other linked sites may provide their own privacy notices. Review the applicable notice when you leave this website or use an embedded service.
Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences, not children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
